San Antonio civic leaders listen to a briefing by Air Force Reserve Senior Airman John Francis, 433rd Operations Squadron intelligence technician Nov. 16, 2017. A total of 22 San Antonio civic leaders traveled to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona.
