TUCSON, Ariz. – Ron Garan, the newest honorary commander at the 162nd Wing, poses for a photo with Master Sgt. Jesus Enriquez, left, and Tech. Sgt. Enriquez is the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of IMSO and Smith is the 162nd Operations Group unit training manager. Garan is the chief pilot at World View, a Tucson-based company that plans to operate commercial near-space flight for passengers as well as scientific research via balloon.
