Tops in Blue set to perform in Tucson
Tops in Blue is scheduled to perform at the Tucson Convention Center, Wednesday, June 4, at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Tech. Sgt. Chandra Smith, a personnel specialist in the Arizona Air National Guard’s 162nd Fighter Wing, is one of the featured performers. Sergeant Smith says she’s excited about performing for her hometown crowed. “I can’t believe the Tucson show is scheduled so soon in our tour. Our first show was May 18 at Lackland,” said Smith who reported to Tops in Blue in March. Known as the Air Force’s Expeditionary Entertainers, Tops in Blue performs a 90-minute musical extravaganza wherever U.S. troops are stationed.
