MyPers is “one stop shopping” for everything personnel related Published Sept. 18, 2012 By Lt. Col. Christine Rhodes 162nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs TUCSON, Ariz. -- Earlier this year, the Air Force launched a new personnel services website known as myPers. Airmen wanting to access their records or make virtually any personnel action can now do so 24/7 via a secure link, https://mypers.af.mil. "The site is for anything a member may need that is personnel related," said Senior Master Sgt. Teresa Campbell, manpower and personnel superintendent for the 162nd Force Support Squadron. MyPers is customized and recognizes the user's affiliation as officer, enlisted, civilian, Reserve or Guard. Members using this site can view their awards and decorations, access retirement information, request a Mortgage/VA home loan letter and much more. There are also links to the most commonly used applications that allow Airmen to navigate the site with greater ease, which enhances user experience. "The force support squadron is always here to take care of the customer, but with a tool like this, the member can access everything they need without leaving their office," said Campbell.
