GLENDALE, Ariz. - Capt. Patrick McClelland, a pilot assigned to the Arizona Air National Guard’s 162nd Fighter Wing based in Tucson, flies an F-16 Fighting Falcon over University of Phoenix Stadium before Super Bowl weekend kicks off.
